Welcome to Evlop LLC. By accessing or using our no‑code Shopify mobile app builder platform (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

2. Definitions

• Evlop LLC,“we,” “us,” or “our” refers to the company registered in Wyoming, United States.
• YouorCustomermeans the individual or entity using the Service.
• Contentmeans any data, text, images, or other materials you upload or generate via the Service.

3. Account & Security

You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service to build, publish, and manage a mobile app for your Shopify store.

5. Fees & Payment

We offer subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file. All fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Violating any applicable law or regulation.
• Uploading content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Reverse engineering or tampering with the Service.
• Interfering with the security of our systems.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, graphics, and designs are owned by or licensed to Evlop LLC. You retain ownership of your Content and grant us a license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or non‑payment, with 30 days’ notice.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evlop LLC’s liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months before any claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. All disputes must be brought in Wyoming courts.
