What is the Light / Dark Mode Feature?

The Light / Dark mode is a feature that enables merchants to offer a user-friendly and adaptable interface to display their app either in Light or Dark Mode.

  • The app does not have settings available to switch between Light or Dark mode; the display mode depends on the device settings.

How to Enable 🟢 Light / Dark Mode Feature?

You can simply click on the Enable button along with the Light / Dark Mode Feature box from the Features page of Evlop Mobile App’s Shopify Dashboard, no additional configuration is required.

1. Merchants can control the adaptability of a dark mode.

Merchants can easily enable or disable the Light/Dark mode feature within their app builder dashboard. This provides them with the flexibility to choose the display options available to users.

2. Device-based Light / Dark mode switching.

When enabled by the merchant, the app will automatically adapt its display mode based on the user’s device settings.

Dark Mode:

If the user’s device is set to dark mode, the app will automatically switch to a dark interface for a consistent and comfortable viewing experience.

Light Mode:

If the user’s device is set to light mode, the app will display a light interface for optimal readability.
