Question 1

Why launch an app instead of relying on our mobile website?

Accepted Answer

Electronics shoppers research for days before they buy. The app keeps that research in one place, with saved comparisons and wishlists, and brings them back with a free push the moment a price drops or stock lands. After purchase, it tracks delivery and suggests accessories that actually fit.

Question 2

Can shoppers compare products side by side?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shoppers pick any two products and see specs side by side, with the better value highlighted, using the specs you already store in Shopify metafields.

Question 3

Can the app alert shoppers when a price drops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When a wishlisted product's price drops in Shopify, Evlop sends a push that opens straight to it. Back-in-stock alerts work the same way.

Question 4

Can we show which accessories fit a shopper's device?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shoppers save their device once, and every accessory shows whether it fits, so compatibility questions and wrong-fit returns go down.

Question 5

Does the app show order tracking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shoppers follow each order in the app with push updates at every step, and the delivery update can suggest a compatible accessory.

Question 6

Does it work with our reviews and email tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Evlop connects with Judge.me, Yotpo, Klaviyo, and Smile, so reviews, loyalty, and email stay in sync with the app.
