Question 1

Why launch an app instead of relying on our mobile website?

Accepted Answer

Your mobile site waits for shoppers to come back. The app brings them back with free, unlimited push notifications that open straight to a drop, a restocked size, or a saved style. It also remembers each shopper's size, wishlist, and VIP status, so every visit starts closer to checkout.

Question 2

Can the app recommend a size?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The fit finder sits on the product page and combines each shopper's measurements and fit preference with your own size charts to recommend a size. Their profile is saved, so every later product shows a recommendation too.

Question 3

Can we give app users early access to drops?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Lock a collection to app users or chosen loyalty tiers until public release, show a countdown on the home screen, and send a push the moment it opens.

Question 4

Do restock alerts work for a single size and colour?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Shoppers subscribe to the exact size and colour, and the alert opens the product with that option already selected.

Question 5

Can we restyle the app for every season and campaign?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Rebuild the home screen, campaign pages, and lookbooks in App Studio and publish instantly, with no app-store resubmission between collections.

Question 6

Does it work with our reviews, loyalty, and email tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Evlop connects with Klaviyo, Judge.me, Yotpo, Loox, and Smile, so photo reviews, fit ratings, points, and VIP tiers carry into the app.
