Question 1

Why launch an app instead of relying on our mobile website?

Accepted Answer

Pet owners buy the same food, treats, and care products on a cycle. The app knows each pet, reminds owners before the bag runs out, and reorders in one tap. Free push notifications cover birthdays, flea and worming reminders, and restocks, so you stay part of the pet's routine.

Question 2

Can customers create profiles for their pets?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners add each pet's species, size, and age, and the app recommends food, portions, and products for that pet. It's built natively with Evlop custom blocks.

Question 3

Can customers shop for more than one pet?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Owners switch between pets in one tap, and the home screen, recommendations, and reorders follow the pet they're shopping for.

Question 4

Can the app remind owners before food runs out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Based on the bag size and daily portion, Evlop sends a reorder reminder a few days before the bag is empty, and Recharge autoship works in the app too.

Question 5

Can we celebrate pet birthdays?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Automations send a birthday push with a treat or reward, plus care reminders for things like flea and worming treatments.

Question 6

Does it work with our existing tools?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Evlop connects with Recharge, Klaviyo, Judge.me, Loox, and Smile, so subscriptions, reviews, and loyalty carry into the app.
